I’m Lumka Kraai

I’m an Occupational Therapist whose passion and interests lie in mental health. I received my Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Cape Town in 2020. I have since worked in the private mental health setting. My love for helping people not only live better but thrive with whatever challenges they’re faced with has only grown since.

Having been raised by a mental healthcare practitioner and seeing loved ones struggle with their mental health, I am a firm believer that there is no health without mental health. The only way we can fully reach our potential is by ensuring wellness in all aspects of our lives.
